This patch bring the enemy damage cap up to 32 000 HP. It has been around for a while but to my knowledge all links on the internet are broken, including a mnrogar thread and ff6hacking thread (outside the IPS Forum). I have not checked RHDN. Since giangurgolo seems to have left the scene, I am hosting it here without any permission :P
