RE: ff3usme warning - Gi Nattak - 07-06-2016

Ah yes, unfortunately this is a known bug that can mysteriously come to be with FF3usME. Some experience it while others seem not to, but it is definitely induced by saving more than once. So it's best to save just once and close the program.
Sorry to hear that happened to you, you should get into the practice of keeping backups of your ROM after any significant change.

Welcome to the site by the way!

RE: ff3usme warning - CrumpledMedal - 07-07-2016

Well, I guess it's a good thing I don't do that sort of thing because I would have never found the bug.

RE: ff3usme warning - madsiur - 07-07-2016

The bug is actually when saving a second time without any new changes to the ROM.

Edit: OP almost seems like a hacking troll by the way he writes. He's on the watchlist O.o

RE: ff3usme warning - BTB - 07-09-2016

I have never experienced this bug and I'm a serial save-spammer.

RE: ff3usme warning - Tenkarider - 07-09-2016

RE: ff3usme warning - Imzogelmo - 09-14-2016

I've never seen this before either, but *shrug*.

First Rule of Hack Club: Make backups all the time.
Second Rule of Hack Club: MAKE BACKUPS ALL THE TIME.
Third Rule of Hack Club: If using tools to do data edits, do a byte compare afterward to make sure it only edited the parts you really wanted to edit.

Now is the part where I come in and give progressive ASM / hacking tasks to everyone until we reach the point of encrypting all financial record of banks, credit companies, their backups and free the world.

Also, Madsiur is actually my evil alter-ego.
