ImageScaler2 - madsiur - 02-28-2016 I've found a neat program that has over 100 scaling algorithms (XBR, HQ-types, LQ-types among a lot of others). The older versions included tend to crash but I've found a 2014 fork on Github. The GUI version works well and someone else made a command-line fork coded in Mono that is still being updated today.
