Potential new tool? - Tenkarider - 06-19-2015 I was reading some thread in Slick Production, until i stumbled in this link: http://www.smwcentral.net/?p=viewthread&t=78990 It is a tool in SMW Central called SUPER SPC DUMPÉR 1000 Also known as SPCtoMML... i'm not 100% sure what it does(to be precise i don't remember what exactly SPC was ![]() How 'bout this tool? If any expert take a look at it... it would be cool if it works with any game, FF6 included... the other thing would be verifying that there's not any other tool available in this site which already does its work RE: Potential new tool? - madsiur - 06-19-2015 This is a pretty cool tool by the output MML file doesn't seems to be in the same data format as the format used by the RS3 tool that converts MML files into song data... So in order to use this for FF6 we would need to create a tool that convert this kind of MML file into FF6 song data. Do you have the link of the thread on slick forum? RE: Potential new tool? - Tenkarider - 06-20-2015 Oh sorry, i'm a dumb: it was RHDN the site actually ![]() Here's the link to the thread: http://www.romhacking.net/forum/index.php/topic,17888.200.html It's mentioned in reply #207 RE: Potential new tool? - madsiur - 06-20-2015 It's written in the thread that the program convert the SPC into SMW MML format. That been said, the code is open source, it could serve as a base to make a version where the MML output is in the same format as the one the RS3 tool uses. |
