Is it possible to get past the 653XX HP limit for enemies? If yes, is there a patch capable of doing that?
Rumors say about a certain Master Zed HP Patch but I'm not sure...

There should be an HP patch for breaking the limit, still i prefear much more HP loops ruled from monster AI and the use of a battle variable.
