Hi! I am new to this and don't really know what I am doing, but I am looking for a program that allows me insert animation for spells, espers, and what not. What also would be greatly appreciated if you could list a the steps.

You cannot insert new animations for spells, but you can borrow animations from the existing spells and mix them up to make another custom looking spell in FF6MDE or FF3usME, or you can change how the spell looks in YY-CHR.
