You code seems ok. In the previous case (last case before the B2 call), you must land on the B2 call twice, something like this:

No change when trying that. In fact, I'm surprised it didn't freeze, it seems like that would be an infinite loop.

Solved! I realized while looking at the hex values that directly copying and pasting overlooks the fact that there are a bunch of jumps to addresses within itself, meaning I needed to update them to reflect their new locations.

Ill have a look at obliterating the Kappa rage/leap tutorial tomorrow Smile.

Yeah sorry I missreaded your event. It should be an infinite loop lol. I assumed your last case with the 1AD bit was separated from the rest of the event.

What I was trying to say is that you must branch on your last case and not have returns instead (B3 5E 00).
