Lookin very nice! I guess its due to color limitation, but his orange seem really dark. Also, shouldnt he have a white symbol on his back and front?

not with the coustume im using.. he wears a pure orange shirt with a blue one underneath.. was gonna have those symbols but itd be to hard to make em look all that readable tbh lol. Good heads up about the orange i will try making it lighter.. its hard as im kinda using the cartoon not a sprite as reference

Its a fine start, always remember Goku from Toonami on Cartoon Network's Toonami on weeksay afternoons, I miss Dragon Ball and DBZ on Cartoon Network, it stinks they got rid of that good a quality programming for the pile of horsecrap they have now, though some of their shows aren't bad but nothing up to DBZ's standards. I do like where the sprite is going though.

The only little thing i notice is the near fatal stance. It seems like his face is very long because there no outline on the bottom
