I want to edit music of FF6 but I don't know which tool lets you edit music.
I downloaded SPC Editor but I don't think it is a music editor. Where can I edit FF6 music?

There is no tool for editing songs. It has to be done with a hex editor. You can find however two tutorial about music injection and composition in the well named tutorials section.
