Crusader - Fire Storm - 09-07-2012
Hey guys, I had an idea for Crusader.
I was thinking the Esper could be available much earlier in the game, but it's strength is dependent upon how many of the 8 Legendary Dragons you've defeated. 0 could be nothing/pathetically weak, and it gets stronger up to 8 dragons defeated, where it's full power. Is this possible to program?

It would definitely be possible, although $1FCE, the address that stores how many dragons are left, isn't set until the World of Ruin.
