The bar method is good for doing things quickly when you're implementing a large number of sprites, but the transparent-quick-replace method you have in your video is good for changing one or two sprites' palettes quickly. Thanks for making the video, that should help a lot of people.

Hmmmm.. if u know i used the lie on ground sprite for the death sprite:/.
and the left stand sprite for riding.(only Naruto has one!)
is it er *egal* which sprite u use for death and riding?
or must they look good?

yes you can, it requires hex editing and assigning characters to different palettes

is the bar trick good for changing multiple characters?
I do want to swap some of the character but the palette ruins the look, I even tried editing all the mistakes made by the palette but it just frustrates me to no end
is there anyway to avoid that shift in colors?

make sure that the colors are in the correct order but other then that u might need 2 hex edit the other chars

you mean work on the hex of the character <_<, that is where I am a total noob, hex editing, I know a few things of the hex encoding, but Ill need some more help
randon question, is there a way to expand the ammount of pallete in the final fantasy 6 coding? that way each character has their own pallete?
