A small preview from my hack, where he's one of the bosses. Despite the appearance, this sprite was made by starting to use the Merchant sprite as a base, hence the smaller propotions compared to the original Shovel Knight's sprites. I'm also working on some NPC sprites that i'll post on the other section as soon they are done, so stay tuned...

Even if you used the merchant as a base, it really doesn't looks like it. This one is well done!
Well, originally it was meant to use the same pose of the Merchant, but when I realized it wouldn't fit the original sprite dimensions (32x48), I turned it to a revamp of the Shovel Knight pose while maintaining a simlar sprite dimension (38x53). Also he won't be the only Shovel Knight boss in my hack; I'm thinking about bringing another one in it...
