Where can I find ips patches for changing music. is there any site of custom made music?

Umm later pages in this IPS Patch list has some. There are only so many I know of though. I thought there use to be a list somewhere but couldn't find one.

There's a few music patches in the patch sub-forum but most songs we have need to be inserted manually. At this point 98% of the job is done.

what do you mean they have to be inserted manually? does that mean lubar ips is not going to work?

They are not IPS patches, they are binary files. It has to be done with a hex editor as described here: https://www.ff6hacking.com/forums/thread-2584.html
