Info:
When you first enter the Thamasa map (157) from the boat ride, and then also again on the other Thamasa map (154) after Kefka attacks, for the first time, without moving forward right away, your character will be in the ready position facing downward due to the 3B command being set in the previous event's code and never getting executed properly, so it would happen the very next time you enter a map. This patch simply removes both cases of the command and fixes the issue to normal. There is no need for the command there so don't worry about any repercussions.

Mike you are now in the bugfix people club!
Woo-hoo!
I'm seriously sick of fixing this game. It's a never ending story. Sometimes I think it would be faster to code (and draw) the game from scratch instead of checking everything ¬¬

Fixed those two events on my hack. Thanks Gi Nattak, I have never noticed this, until now.
It is highly unnoticeable indeed, 99% of the time it seems we the player just hold up or which ever direction we already know to go when entering a town lol, and since it takes a split second for the map to fade in while you have control of the character, you wouldn't see it happen here. I was lucky to pause there one time and see it in action. I thought I caused it, but was glad to see it's in the original game!
You know, I noticed this a while ago and thought about doing the bug fix myself. But then I thought, who the f**k is going to care!!!
So..... Nice Job Nattak.

Lol, I happened to notice this just yesterday in fact. Something distracted me when I had got into the town.
Oh yeah! I remember that behavior from the original cartridge.

...It would never have occurred to me to try to fix it. Nice.
awesome job Mike
I made a GBA patch (JEU) with Gi Nattak as author. FF6 Advance need more love!

The only difference is I shifted of 1 byte the rest of both events (10-15 bytes shift) instead of using command $FD.
