Heres just a heads up for a rather large issue I've come up on.
You can't edit the targeting of any MagiTek spells. It shows in FF3usME that you're selecting the targeting the way you want but it doesn't work in-game the way you want.
While you can't edit the targeting, you could use the existing targeting.
