The M-M-M-MAGIC Scene always cracks me up. Just because of how random it is and it occurs during a fight. I always make it a point to see that scene. I just crack up with that one, also Sabin saying "Confound it all!, I'm starting to talk like you" is kind of funny, too.

My favorite is the reveal of the double sided coin, considering Edgar and Sabin's deal....
Also, the TREASURE HUNTER joke throughout the game, and I love when Kefka is at the sealed gate: "I, I, I, I feel so anxious."

I originally voted for the classic "Son of a submariner" line, but I actually think Kefka's line before the final fight of "You all sound like a page out of a self help book!" is probably one of my favorite lines in the game. (I think there was another part that's unlisted that I thought was pretty good, but I don't remember what it is at this moment.)
